As individuals we have a tendency to worry, over analyse and think negatively, by changing the thought process with many different techniques I use we are closer to fulfilling our true potential.
I am a CBT solution focused therapist with a person centred core.
I work by firstly looking at your past experiences, I believe this is where the root lies to our current suffering.
Once we start to begin to accept and let go of our past, we then move on to changing the way we think and feel about our self and view the world around us, with solution focused activities which can be creative or mindful,what ever activities I feel suit the individual.
Throughout the process you will be offered tools, techniques and interventions that you can use and practice at home during the time we do not see each other.
Part of the process is to build a strong positive professional relationship which I strive to do with all my clients.
